Scottie Sparks Banner
Scottie Sparks joined the Lost & Found on vocals and guitar, August 18, 2001, performing his first show with them in Dayton, Ohio.  Scottie replaces Junior Sisk, who filled in for about four months, after Barry Berrier left the group.

Although "Sparks" is a common household bluegrass name, Scottie Sparks is no relation to Larry Sparks.  However, Scottie is certainly no stranger to the bluegrass world.  Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, he began playing bluegrass professionally when he was just 15 years old, joining the Wilson Brothers.  Scottie has played and recorded in many bands since then, including Dave Evans, Redwing, Unlimited Tradition, as well as his own band.

Scottie can be heard on the IBMA award winning Gospel Performance of the Year, "The Stanley Gospel Tradition - Songs About Our Savior", as well as the GRAMMY nominated "The Stanley Tradition - Tribute to a Bluegrass Legacy".  He has also recorded a self-titled project, "Scottie Sparks", and was on the Unlimited Tradition's "She's Gone" project.  All projects were released by Doobie Shea Records.

Scottie currently makes his home in Grayson,
Kentucky with his wife, Tammy, and little boy,
Martin.  He is looking forward to traveling and
performing with the Lost & Found, and
meeting their friends and fans.
